We can offer landlord safety certificates for any gas or oil appliance within the property. If an item is deemed as unsafe, our engineer will offer an estimate for the work to be carried out.

Although we cover the county of Essex, our Engineers are all local to Chelmsford, Braintree and Colchester. It is for this reason that we are able to offer a 60 minute emergency response time to these areas, all other areas in Essex, we aim for 90 minutes.
